We had a great experience! the staff were super nice and helped us with everything we needed. Our room was super clean and had everything we wanted. the location was amazing - so easy to get to the city center by tram or bus! 🚌.

Besides, the location was particularly good and excellent for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a shopping mall. The room was beautiful and large, we had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk...

Our guest room with an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and a TV was beautiful. All of the staff members were helpful and best. The hotel's location was magnificent, just off Florence right in the middle of a heat wave, Florence's historic center and supermarket.

The location was great, so close to the tram, many restaurants, a supermarket, and the historic center of Florence. the personnel and the owner were fantastic. My guest room had everything I needed, including an iron with an ironing board, a work desk, and a TV.

The location here is superb with a big supermarket and another one just a walk away, and being near a bus stop makes it convenient for travel.

We were warmly welcomed by Mario and given great recommendations for sights. The bikes were a nice touch and the nearby park was easily accessible. Breakfast on the terrace was a lovely experience.

The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood makes it perfect for a restful stay. Additionally, the staff is friendly and provides attentive service.

I loved that this hotel was close to everything; the train station, public transportation and the center of the city. The room was spacious and clean with great facilities, including a kitchen to use. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had an amazing stay.
